What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment
• diagnose low-voltage controls, sensors, and safety circuits
• oversee preventive maintenance compliance
• conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
• manage work orders, schedules, and records
• coordinate with Production, Sanitation, Quality, and Engineering
• coordinate contractor and vendor work
• ensure work meets OSHA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and LOTO requirements.
