What you'll do

• Lead all accounting operations.
• Deliver accurate monthly financials.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee billing and collections.
• Enforce internal controls.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Ensure accurate job costing and margin visibility.
• Partner with operations on profitability.
• Build cash flow forecasting.
• Support budgeting and KPI reporting.
