What you'll do

• Learn and support the sales process from lead generation through order fulfillment
• assist with customer communications, account research, prospecting, and pipeline tracking
• participate in customer meetings, jobsite visits, and ride-alongs
• maintain CRM records
• prepare and validate sales and operational documents
• gain exposure to branch, yard, shop, logistics, and administrative processes
• research local markets and support activity and operations reporting
• complete training and development milestones.
