What you'll do

• Perform civil site and land development design, permitting, and construction observation
• use AutoCAD Civil 3D for pipe and pressure networks, grading, alignments, profiles, corridors, and cross sections
• prepare technical calculations for drainage, water distribution, BMPs, sanitary sewer, and erosion control
• create grading and drainage plans
• prepare roadway improvement plans
• perform preliminary evaluations and quantity take-offs
• conduct site visits, prepare field reports, and coordinate field testing.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology, North Carolina EI/EIT certification, 4+ years of qualifying civil engineering design, and advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency. North Carolina PE is preferred.
