What you'll do

• Ensure an ongoing activities program meets residents’ interests and physical, mental, and psychological well-being
• develop, plan, and organize therapeutic groups
• teach and facilitate activities supporting rehabilitation and health
• participate in discharge planning
• contribute to activity care plans
• assist with resident assessments
• transport residents to appointments or outings as needed.
