What you'll do

• Register patients and maintain accurate records
• enter confidential health and financial information
• verify insurance eligibility and pre-certification
• check medical necessity and prepare and present an Advanced Beneficiary Notice when needed
• confirm charity eligibility
• collect and apply payments and reconcile daily cash reports
• communicate with patients and hospital departments while maintaining confidentiality.
