The Operations Associate role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Compensation is $12.85 per hour. Gopuff delivers everyday essentials to customers, day and night. This role supports site operations by picking and packing orders, receiving and managing inventory, maintaining the facility, and preparing food and beverage orders where applicable. Associates help ensure customer orders are accurate and ready for delivery.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor products and resolve inventory discrepancies
• manage inventory, canceled orders, waste, and spoilage
• clean and organize the facility
• contact customers about substitutions or unavailable items
• safely handle and move products
• prepare, package, and stage food and beverage orders where applicable
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
