What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• record orders and enter them into the POS system
• coordinate meal timing and service through table completion
• follow the Nine Steps of Service
• assist with preparation of specific menu items
• uphold food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
• clean, stock, and sanitize assigned areas and equipment
• assist with training new servers or bartenders
• perform assigned opening, closing, and side work.

Why this role
