What you'll do
- Coordinate the community infection-control and staff-development programs
- ensure required training and documentation
- monitor staff performance and address compliance issues
- develop clinical orientation with the HR Manager
- provide hands-on clinical instruction
- coordinate job and CPR training
- assess training needs and evaluate nursing competencies
- collect and analyze infection data and advise on prevention strategies
- coordinate OSHA and risk-management programs
- track training systems and PPE supplies
- assist with hiring, scheduling, care planning, quality improvement, chart audits, and regulatory compliance
- maintain communication with residents, families, and staff. May support direct resident care during critical staffing levels.
