What you'll do

• Complete accelerated training in core site production and management roles
• learn car wash operations, preventative equipment maintenance, and car wash chemistry
• travel to home-market sites as needed
• support site teams and training
• help build schedules
• monitor safety, appearance, car quality, and throughput
• analyze site financial performance
• support company initiatives
• fulfill Site Manager responsibilities except specified people-management actions.
