What you'll do

• Execute the operations and maintenance program for Points of Presence facilities
• inspect and document facilities
• oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
• coordinate permit renewals and filings
• ensure health, safety, and code compliance
• monitor and troubleshoot building utilities
• maintain contracts
• manage facility space
• coordinate vendors, refurbishment, renovations, and office moves
• inspect tenant, vendor, and contractor work
• obtain quotes and review service contracts
• respond to alarms, system failures, and occupant requests.
