Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Santa Fe Springs, CA, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay is $26–$30 per hour, based on experience. Steven Label manufactures labels, overlays, membrane switches, sensors, product instructions, and folding cartons, largely for the medical device industry. The representative manages customer orders from entry through shipment, providing accurate quotes and timely communication. The role coordinates with internal teams to address technical questions, maintain records, and support on-time delivery and product quality.

What you'll do

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in meetings
• review specifications and prepare manufacturing work orders
• process orders and prepare quotes
• answer product design and technical inquiries
• maintain document control and scheduling reports in an ERP system
• coordinate with Art, Production, Sales, and Accounting
• resolve customer challenges.
