What you'll do

• Support daily living activities
• assist with transportation and community activities
• implement and document individual support plans, care plans, and protocols
• assist with medications as certified
• monitor health needs and help individuals obtain healthcare
• provide care under established protocols, including First Aid/CPR when necessary
• and document program, incident, medical, and financial information.
