What you'll do

• Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone
• set, complete, and deliver three appointments and proposals weekly
• spend three days in the field and two days on focused phone blocks
• log about 50 quality activities daily in the CRM
• close recurring contracts for janitorial and related facility services.
