What you'll do

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity

• support the shopping environment and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and Pro Rewards
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop associates
• oversee payroll and feedback
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, loss prevention, deposits, and daily transaction reconciliation
• meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
