What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and access-control policies
• monitor access points and verify credentials
• manage visitor and contractor entry and maintain access records
• respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas
• communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency personnel.

Why this role
