The Network and Security Operations Center Analyst (NOC/SOC) role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. The anticipated compensation is $30–$35 per hour, with shift differentials for night coverage and holidays. @Orchard is helping a client build a new operations center to protect mission-critical systems and resilient digital infrastructure. The analyst monitors network, security, and infrastructure telemetry, investigates incidents, and supports availability across private 5G, edge, satellite, and cloud environments. The role contributes to operational readiness by escalating events, assisting with containment, and improving detection rules and incident playbooks.

What you'll do

• Monitor and triage network, security, and infrastructure telemetry
• determine event severity and escalate
• provide Tier 1/2 support for private wireless, firewalls, VPNs, routing and switching, endpoint security, and edge compute
• analyze SIEM events, packet captures, logs, and security feeds
• assist with incident containment, threat analysis, documentation, and post-incident playbooks
• refine procedures, detection rules, and incident playbooks.
