What you'll do

• Oversee technical design execution for assigned dress categories from development through production
• lead live fittings
• review and approve specifications, grading, fit comments, and technical packages
• coordinate with Design, Production, Product Development, Merchandising, and overseas vendors
• resolve fit, pattern, and construction issues
• manage team workload and calendars
• mentor technical designers
• and support process improvements, onboarding, and vendor relationships.
