The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) role is onsite in Greenbelt, MD, with compensation of $13–$17 per hour. The aide provides in-home services under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. The role supports clients’ health, safety, comfort, and independence by following the plan of care and assisting with personal care, meals, mobility, and a safe home environment. It also contributes to coordinated care by documenting visits, reporting changes in client condition, and communicating with nursing staff and other community-agency personnel as directed.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and related services under nurse supervision
• follow the plan of care
• assist with hygiene, meals, ambulation, and a safe environment
• support rehabilitative processes as needed
• encourage client independence and mental alertness
• provide simple emotional support
• report changes in condition or home situation
• perform instructed routine housekeeping
• prepare visit reports and coordinate visit schedules
• attend required in-service training.
