What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Membership Services team
• develop retention, renewal, upgrade, and engagement strategies
• create monthly sales and service campaigns
• deliver team training
• partner on annual strategies and campaign calendars
• oversee onboarding and member events
• collaborate with Ticket Operations, Marketing, and Business Intelligence
• monitor reporting and performance metrics
• manage program operations and rewards
• maintain customer data and platforms
• work assigned home games and special events
• manage staffing and personnel processes.
