What you'll do

• Advise clients on employment compliance
• litigate trade secret, employee mobility, whistleblower, termination, discrimination, harassment, wage-and-hour, and pay disputes
• conduct workplace investigations
• perform employment law due diligence
• negotiate executive agreements
• manage litigation
• draft and argue briefs and motions
• take and defend depositions
• develop client relationships.
