What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments for adults seeking help for opiate addiction via methadone treatment
• develop treatment plans and refer to appropriate levels of care
• provide individual and group therapy
• complete timely electronic medical records
• participate in weekly staffing with the Recovery Center clinical team and psychiatrist
• provide education and case management as needed
• maintain relationships with referral sources and providers
• conduct community outreach and education to reduce stigma and support collaboration and referrals to medication-assisted treatment.
