The Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) — Second Shift, 3–11 PM role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. Avenues Recovery Center provides evidence-based addiction treatment through detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs; this position supports its inpatient detox and residential facility. The role helps stabilize clients and support their participation in treatment by assisting with nursing shift duties, medication administration, vital signs, drug screens, charting, and coordination with medical and clinical teams. It also supports medical supplies, appointments, aftercare arrangements, and pharmacy needs.

What you'll do

• Provide timely medical care to help stabilize clients
• assist with nursing duties including vital signs, drug screens, medication administration, charting, and reporting
• coordinate care with medical and clinical teams
• manage and restock medical supplies
• schedule appointments and arrange aftercare
• assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.

Why this role

QMAP licensure is required; high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean record are required. Employees in recovery must have at least one year of sustained sobriety.
