What you'll do

• Perform equipment inspections, technical walkdowns, and troubleshooting
• use vibration analysis and laser alignment equipment for testing, balancing, and reliability
• complete service, expense, and time reports
• participate in service calls and recommend solutions
• collaborate with Sales and Operations
• identify potential service or equipment opportunities and share leads with Sales
• follow safety standards and report incidents or near misses
• recommend process and service improvements
• travel frequently to customer sites, up to 90% within North America.
