What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor entrances and check credentials as assigned
• direct patients and visitors
• document observations and patrol activities and communicate relevant information.
