What you'll do

• Lead and organize job-site personnel
• communicate production goals and assign work
• enter timesheets and daily logs in Procore
• inspect job-site safety and conduct toolbox talks
• validate quantities, grades, elevations, and pour cards
• coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules
• track equipment and assets
• monitor quality and complete punch-list work
• interpret plans and specifications
• ensure OSHA, safety, and environmental compliance.
