What you'll do

• Clean and maintain the building
• vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• clean and stock restrooms
• empty trash and recycling
• remove debris and snow from sidewalks
• secure doors after hours
• clean spills with appropriate equipment
• perform minor repairs and notify supervisors about major repairs
• complete tasks with minimal supervision
• maintain cleaning supplies
• work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
