The Assistant Manager, Rental Operations role is onsite in Crested Butte, CO, with a stated pay range of $25.00–$32.14 per hour. This winter seasonal position supports Vail Resorts’ rental and retail store operations. The assistant manager oversees day-to-day work by rental and retail associates, supports customer service, and helps maintain store standards. The role contributes to a well-run guest-facing operation through team coaching, training, inventory and asset protection, and budget and payroll management.
