Maintenance Supervisor, Second Shift

What you'll do

• Assign work orders to maintenance staff
• oversee machinery and equipment installation and maintenance
• oversee outside contractors as needed
• maintain records and trend charts
• ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• assist with building expansion projects
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance checks
• aid in troubleshooting
• train, direct, develop, supervise, and evaluate staff
• support environmental compliance and facility upkeep
• review shop supplies and MRO purchase requisitions.
