What you'll do

• provide guidance and recommendations on disciplinary actions and terminations
• recommend updates to the company handbook and operations policies
• oversee PTO and sick leave administration in line with employee policies and guidelines
• maintain confidentiality and integrity
• and assist with interdepartmental staff issues and communication. Spanish bilingual ability is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ADP Run, and ADP Time and Attendance is specified.
