This role exists to provide a custom interactive 20-week development program that prepares individuals to manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory. The trainee gains the skills necessary to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident experiences while traveling to various facilities.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory.
• Perform job assignments of cook, prep cook, dietary aide, and dishwasher as necessary.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, and personnel.
• Act as a liaison between managers and administrators.
