What you'll do

• Follow up with customers after orders
• assist with menu planning and coordination of food, beverages, delivery instructions, and requested services
• lead and participate in catering order preparation
• ensure orders meet recipe specifications and are staged on time
• coordinate third-party delivery and onsite pickup
• schedule internal delivery drivers
• verify order accuracy before dispatch or pickup.
