What you'll do

• Process deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, cash advances, cashier’s checks, money orders, and account transfers
• open and close terminal accounts
• balance daily cash and transactions
• verify transaction documents and resolve discrepancies
• answer customer questions and provide authorized account information
• process new accounts and account changes
• maintain customer privacy
• perform drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned
• cross-sell bank services.
