• monitor inventory and maintain records
• track shipments and verify documents
• coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
• prepare purchase orders
• conduct cycle counts and physical audits
• resolve shipment discrepancies
• maintain organized storage areas
• coordinate onsite inventory specialists
• recommend process improvements
• complete safety training and paperwork.
