The Property Manager role is onsite in Brookfield and Macon, MO, with pay of $24–$25 per hour. The manager oversees day-to-day property operations, resident service, leasing, budgets, staff, and compliance. The role supports safe, well-maintained communities while meeting occupancy and operational goals and adhering to affordable housing requirements.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations
• collect and deposit rent and follow up on delinquencies
• respond to resident inquiries and work orders
• maintain applicant waiting lists
• manage property budgets
• conduct initial and annual certifications
• prepare for inspections
• market vacant units and process applications
• supervise property staff and vendors
• organize community activities
• conduct property inspections and daily walks
• be available for after-hours emergencies
• travel for required training or conferences.
