What you'll do

• Develop technician pipeline strategies aligned with workforce projections
• build partnerships with schools, trade programs, and community organizations
• maintain a prospective talent database
• lead Think Big Program coordination, campus visits, presentations, candidate screening, onboarding, and progress tracking
• coordinate Be Pro Be Proud events
• promote career paths
• and track engagement and follow-up metrics. Travel is required up to 30%.
