What you'll do
- Develop facility-wide quality assurance policies and standardization projects
- ensure customer, company, and regulatory requirements are met
- manage QA compliance staff activities and schedules
- oversee SOPs, document and process control, QMS, and training systems
- support QA reviews and product development
- coach and train QA staff
- investigate complaints
- support vendor compliance, sanitation, and operations
- ensure product testing, specifications, labeling, and traceability
- manage recalls
- plan and verify audits
- provide SPC and data support
- promote food safety and GMP compliance.

Why this role
Requires a bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, biochemistry, or a related field; at least five years managing a quality team and implementing QA strategies; and successful completion of PCQI certification. SQF Practitioner certification is preferred.
