What you'll do

• Manage customer return requests and RMA processing from initiation through closure
• review requests for accuracy
• maintain RMA records and ERP transactions
• communicate return instructions and status
• monitor overdue returns and report aging and unresolved cases. Coordinate return shipments, exchanges, trade-ins, refurbishments, credits, and product disposition
• partner with customer service, technical support, quality, finance, warehouse teams, carriers, and logistics providers. Process and troubleshoot Oracle ERP logistics transactions, resolve shipment, receipt, and inventory exceptions, maintain procedures, and support process improvement and automation.
