Estimating Manager — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and complex cost estimates
• interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• develop scopes of work
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids
• prepare material and cost summaries
• coordinate bid-day activities and procurement presentations
• assess schedules, logistics, staging, and phasing
• identify value-engineering opportunities
• maintain estimate documentation
• train and mentor team members.
