Service Advisor

• communicate timelines, pricing, and recommendations
• obtain repair authorization
• coordinate workflow with technicians and parts staff
• monitor repairs and update customers
• review completed work and invoices
• complete warranty and dealership documentation
• handle service concerns
• and assist with appointments and follow-up.
