What you'll do

• Spend most of the day as Lead Teacher in the preschool classroom, plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons, conduct child observations and assessments, and maintain a safe classroom.
• Communicate with families, support enrollment and community outreach, participate in professional development, and assist with center operations, regulatory compliance, records, staff onboarding and supervision, and classroom supplies.
