Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. The Resident Driver role is an onsite, full-time day position in Utica, NY; The Grand at Utica provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a safe and welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Transport residents safely to and from medical appointments and scheduled activities, including dialysis runs that may start as early as 4 a.m.
• adapt transportation plans when schedules change
• communicate with residents, families, and facility staff
• provide a comfortable transport environment
• and help within the facility during downtime. Early shifts, including some as early as 4 a.m., are required for certain runs.
