What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• maintain an inviting, stocked produce department
• assist with ordering, inventory, margins, and shrink reduction
• keep produce fresh through culling, crisping, rotation, handling, and storage
• ensure certified organic produce is ordered and received
• maintain product and equipment standards
• receive orders
• follow up on special orders
• assist with training and monitoring personnel
• conduct demonstrations
• support register functions and customer questions
• work the store-needs schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
