The Collision Repair and Refinishing Instructor role is onsite in Laramie, WY; compensation is $62,500–$90,000 per year. The instructor delivers classroom and hands-on shop instruction that prepares students for collision repair careers. Through demonstrations, coaching, mentorship, safe shop practices, and student progress tracking, the role supports technical learning and student success.

What you'll do

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction using approved curriculum
• foster safety, professionalism, teamwork, and technical excellence
• demonstrate and coach real-world repair practices
• maintain grades, attendance, testing, and student records
• enforce institutional, EPA, and shop safety requirements
• maintain equipment and instructional materials
• advise students
• participate in meetings, curriculum development, registration, graduation, and professional development.

Why this role

Previous teaching experience is not required; instructional skill development is provided. Candidates need at least seven years of recent collision repair experience, or five years with an associate degree.
