• maintain inventory levels and ordering and distribution
• work with service, sales, technicians, vendors, and customers
• resolve conflicts
• train and coach employees
• establish department processes
• monitor productivity, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
