Account Manager I, Sign-Up Team

The role helps independent agencies access carriers and supports First Connect’s growth through a smooth partner experience.

What you'll do

• Contact interested leads through calls, email, and SMS
• vet agencies, including validating licensing, E&O, and lead sources
• facilitate sign-up and contract execution
• support onboarding and integration of small and medium-sized agencies
• help agencies access carriers across personal and commercial insurance lines
• collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding.
