What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned hospital clients
• maintain client relationships and conduct performance meetings
• manage daily coder activities and productivity and quality standards
• monitor accuracy, turnaround times, and service-level agreements
• coordinate with coding managers and quality teams
• analyze reports and communicate trends
• support staffing forecasts
• advise on coding questions and documentation improvement
• support denial management and appeals
• ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance
• prepare and present performance reports
• coordinate training and coding updates.
