What you'll do

• Lead M&A transactions from sourcing through close, including account management, negotiations, financial diligence, due diligence, and operations coordination
• build broker networks and outbound marketing
• prepare board-level presentations
• negotiate with brokers, attorneys, landlords, and sellers
• identify and track acquisition targets
• contribute to financial analysis and modeling
• conduct market and competitor research
• coordinate external professionals
• prepare reports and trackers
• partner with cross-functional teams.
