What you'll do

• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, and sales hotline
• understand customer needs and recommend products
• prepare quotations and follow up
• communicate pricing, availability, shipping, and order status
• maintain customer, quotation, activity, and order records in the ERP system
• coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and technical teams
• manage helpdesk tickets and escalate issues as appropriate.
