What you'll do

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for partners and clients
• respond to inquiries and service requests
• provide onboarding, account, and transaction updates
• investigate issues and escalate complex matters
• coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Trading, IT, and back-office teams
• support KYC/AML coordination and account setup
• maintain client records
• assist with partner training and platform adoption
• conduct proactive outreach
• support reporting, service metrics, meetings, and workflow improvements.
